Thoroughly enjoyed Clovis, the hotel was quiet near event I attended. I asked for a reasonably spacious room with a kitchenette and a king size bed, as for instance and got one. Location: the venue was short walk to restaurant, gas station, convenient store, the railway line and rail road.

this hotel met needs well in every way, recommend. we had pleasant 1 day here, the room was a nice size with a kitchenette and a king size bed, for example. the location was marvellous for exploring clovis.

Comfortable bed in a clean room

I found the bed comfortable, and the room was impressively clean. The owner was actively involved in ensuring everything was working properly, as I noticed during his quick visits to fix the AC. While the Wi-Fi was basic, it met my needs was great.

The location provides a basic, localized experience, with access to nearby services. The basic Wi-Fi connectivity keeps you in the loop, even if it's nothing to write home about.

The cleanliness left much to be desired, with furniture so dirty that covering it with a towel became necessary. Noise from the nearby train tracks made for a disruptive night, and major maintenance issues like low water pressure made showering unpleasant. The outdated heating and cooling system struggled to keep up, leaving the bathroom floor uncomfortably cold. Lastly, check-in took an excessive 20 minutes despite prior reservations.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the location was safe and convenient for my travel needs.

The check-in process was a bit slow, taking longer than expected.

Clean towels and a microwave in the room were great 🚀 It's close to the railway line, but manage to stay away from the busy railroad crossings. The owner was super friendly!

It was just a solid selection for a mini-vacation in Clovis with best value for money ratio. The heating worked well on a chilly night, a pleasant surprise. Check-in can take a while, so plan accordingly.

This venue was the perfect place for my vacation to explore the area, and all of the staff members were very helpful in addressing any concerns I had.
